How can I become a client?

Contact us and we will respond within 24 hours to set up a consultation. Please include information about your pet and where you are located. Booking and payment is managed through an easy to use mobile app.

Do you offer other services?

Yes! We offer a reliable pet taxi service for around town or long distances. We are also plant savvy and happy to help you keep your plants in good shape while you are away whether they are indoors or outside.

Will my dog be walked with other dogs?

We are able to accommodate solo walks as well as small group walks depending on your pet’s needs. Dogs participating in group walks are thoughtfully matched by temperament and energy levels. Walking with a pack can be an excellent form of enrichment, but we understand it’s not for every dog. (Solo walks offered based on availability.)

What types of pets do you care for?

While we love all animals, our focus is caring for dogs and cats. We are diligent and able to follow specific care instructions for unique animals or cases if you happen to have other pets as well. Tell us about your pet!

What is your service area?

We are based in Medford and have reliable transportation to travel to surrounding neighborhoods. Currently serving Medford, Somerville, Malden, Melrose, Arlington, Stoneham, Belmont, Everett, Winchester, Woburn and others upon request.

What forms of payment do you accept?

All services are paid via cash, check, or Venmo. We utilize a modern app with a simple interface to manage booking and payment.
